Kate Jones is an insightful and intuitive coach, facilitator and consultant with over 20 years of experience in individual and organisational transformation.

For the last 12 years this has been in management consulting (including 10 years at PA Consulting Group) where she has advised and coached leaders in the public, private and voluntary sectors in how to bring out the best in themselves and their people. Prior to that Kate worked in the Probation Service in the UK and overseas, seeking to bring about positive change in offending behavior and probation systems.
Kate is experienced in surfacing and resolving organisational and team dynamics that are creating barriers to performance. She is a trained community mediator and is skilled in working with conflict in teams. She is passionate and purposeful in the work she does and brings high energy, compassion, challenge and fun to her clients.
Originally a graduate from Oxford University, Kate is a trained coach with the Coaches Training Institute. She is very committed to her own professional and personal development and has since completed further training in constellations with the Centre for Systemic Constellations, in somatic coaching, Gestalt facilitation, and relationship and systems coaching. Kate is an accredited practitioner of The Leadership Circle Profile™, a research-rich tool for assessing leadership capability, often used as a platform for individual and team coaching.
